Martina Berto, Tbk visioned to be the one of the leading cosmetics and spas (beauty & spa) companies in the world, which is nuanced in the eastern value and natural through the use of modern technology and put the research and development as a means of adding value for consumers and other stakeholders. One concrete manifestation of this concern manifested in the establishment Kampoeng Djamoe Organic (KADO) in Cikarang. Establishment of the green area of 10 ha of land is also in line with one of the 4 pillars of the Martha Tilaar Group Value, namely Beauty Green. The presence of KADO has a purpose as:
1. One of Indonesia's natural wealth preservation program.
Especially Toka (Medicinal Plants, Cosmetics and Aromatherapy). Indonesia has 33 thousand species of flora that can be studied for the sake of beauty and health. KADO has started to conserve and cultivate more than 500 types of Toka.
2. The pioneer of the green manufacturing and environmental friendly.
Currently, "KaDo" utilize windmills (wind turbines) and solar panels to generate electricity. This environmental friendly energy source will later be implemented gradually in the Cikarang manufacturing plant.
3. Faciltate the education of farmers to plant organically.
More than 117 head of farmer groups from different provinces in Indonesia have been trained in KADO since 2000 in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture. Starting from planting, harvesting, drying to yield to later become extracts.
4. Edutainment facilities for school children and adults.
KaDO is actively working with schools to provide experience for students to be more familiar with the environment, planting crops and recognize the ecosystem. Toka Park Development on 3 Campuses
PT. Martina Berto, Tbk - Martha Tilaar Group also formed a partnership with several leading universities nationwide, such as creating a campus park at the Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) on June 5, 2010. The team of Kampoeng Djamoe Organic (KaDo) Martha Tilaar build a campus park covering an area of 800 meters in the School of Pharmacy ITB, and planted several types of Toka like chrysolite, ylang, eucalyptus, Kepel, Centella asiatica, jasmine, bitter, Daun Dewa, lavender, jelly grass, sweet saga, bowls, and others. Martina Berto, Tbk - Martha Tilaar Group also works closely with the University of Indonesia in the construction of the Green Science Garden at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural, University of Indonesia on August 6, 2010. On the same day, the Faculty of Science University of Indonesia who has worked with Martha Tilaar Group inaugurated the Master Program Herbal. The opening of this herb master class in line with the obsession of DR Martha Tilaar who wants to make herbal medicine, herbal drinks made by the native plants of Indonesia, as the host in her own country.

Martha Tilaar's love and dedication to Indonesia's natural richness, especially herbs, mentioned in the publication of a book titled Healthy Lifestyle with Herbal Medicine: Natural Health and Beauty in accordance of Life Cycle in 2009, followed by the launch of The Green Science of Herbal Medicine: The Pragmatic Approach for Health and Beauty in 2010.
