In order to embody Beautifying Indonesia, Martha Tilaar Group always consistent in running CSR program based on four company pillars, Beauty Green, Beauty Culture, Beauty Education and Empowering Women. The implementation of these programs can be done independently or in collaboration with third part, from government, private sector to non-government institution.
One of the ongoing programs is Greening the Nation with Orchid which is in the Beauty Green pillar. This program is a collaboration between Martha Tilaar Group and Kehati, a non-profit organization who grants biodiversity preservation with objective to educate and to train all women around Merapi slope and Tepus hills to cultivate orchid species. This efforts cannot be separated from the fact that orchid is an endangered species, including Coelogyne marthae, that needed to be preserved to prevent its extinction.
Talking about orchid, Martha Tilaar Group has just held a press conference for the lauch of orchid series post stamp that published by PT Pos Indonesia and Indonesia Science Instiution as a part of Two Decades of Bogor Botanical Garden celebration. The launch of this orchid post stamp is as Dr. (H.C) Martha Tilaarâ€™s gratefull and honor expression because one of the post stamp series include this orchid that is really special for her, Coelogyne marthae. This rare orchid from East Borneo is name after her and given from The National Herbarium of Netherland for her contribution in built Martha Tilaar Professorial Chair in Leiden University and also for her contribution in utilizing local wisdom to develop qualified beauty products.

the post stamp mockup as a symbol of post stamp launching for market
â€“now the stamp can be purchaed in Indonesia post office and Martha
Tilaar Shop. â€śI am really grateful, this appreciation really moved me,â€ť
