Annual Meeting 2024, Sales & Marketing PT Martina Berto Tbk was held
at Graha Cedefindo for three days, 17-19 January 2024. The meeting was
not only attended by all the employees from the branch office of PT
Martina Berto Tbk, but also the managers of Sales Marketing from head
office and the directors.
As the opening agenda on the first
day, the CEO of Martha Tilaar Group, Dr. Kilala Tilaar, and DR.(H.C)
Martha Tilaar welcomed all the participants of the Annual Meeting,
before all the leaders of the divisions gave some briefs related to
target and strategies in 2024. Through this annual meeting Connection to
Maximize Growth and Profitability, Dr. Kilala Tilaar hopes PT Martina
Berto Tbk can improve its performance and synergy between the divisions,
from the upstream to the downstream. Common vision and mission are key
to business efficiency and effectiveness and are expected to raise
profitability in 2024.
The participants are divided into some
groups according to the work area to do the workshop on the second day.
They were also accompanied by the leader of Sales Marketing to do the
group discussion. In this session, they arrange in detail their work
program based on the area, according to the brief they received the day
before. They also discuss creative ideas that might be able to be
implemented in their area to achieve the goals.
On the last day
of PT Martina Berto Tbks’s 2024 Annual Meeting, the participants from
each area had to present their program which was immediately responded
to by the Sales and Marketing head division. After that, there was also a
marketing trend insight hearing from a sister company, PT Cedefindo.
Through the insights, the board of directors hopes that PT Martina Berto
Tbk will be able to increase the company's profitability.
