To Increase Post Pandemic Business Opportunities, PT Martina Berto Tbk Held a Collaboration with PT Dos Ni Roha
To increase business growth and strengthen the
distribution of the products in the General Trade channel, by the
mid-year of 2022 Martha Tilaar Group as a cosmetic, skincare, and herbs
producer in Indonesia, through its unit business which is PT Martina
Berto Tbk has held a distribution collaboration with PT Dos Ni Roha
(DNR), a subsidiary of PT Dosni Roha Indonesia Tbk (DNR Corporation).
Both companies are two big names that are firmly established and
experienced for decades in their field. PT Dos Ni Roha gained the trust
of its good track record as a well-known distribution and logistics
service provider in Indonesia for online and offline retail.
Took
place at Satrio Tower, Jakarta (7/7), the cooperation agreement was
confirmed through an agreement signing done by each company leader, Gary
Tanoesoedibjo as the authority of Rudijanto Tanoesoedibjo, the
President Director of PT Dos Ni Roha who is also the Director of PT
Dosni Roha Indonesia Tbk and the Commissioner of PT Dos Ni Roha, and
Bryan Tilaar as the President Director of PT Martina Berto Tbk, and
witnessed by the CEO of Martha Tilaar Group, Kilala Tilaar.
In
this cooperation, some of the flagship products of PT Martina Berto Tbk
such as Sariayu Martha Tilaar, Biokos Martha Tilaar, Caring Colours
Martha Tilaar, Belia Martha Tilaar, and Rudy Hadisuwarno Cosmetics, will
be distributed by the DNR through its distribution networks which
consist of 32 branches, 14 depo, 61 sub-distributors with potential
outlets more than 400.000 that spread in 463 cities all around Indonesia
that will target the General Trade segmentation.
PT Martina
Berto Tbk optimists that the DNR distribution networks and reach will
help PT Martina Berto Tbk’s products to be evenly distributed and make
them easy to get by the customers. DNS as an experienced distributor
since 1963 that is also support by a well-integrated online supply chain
management system, inventory control, and data sale from the warehouse
to the customers, so the data that is needed can be found in real-time.
This
strategic collaboration between PT Martina Berto Tbk and DNR will
target business potential worth 135 billion in the first year. PT
Martina Berto Tbk aims that product distribution in general trade will
grow 65% on average in the 2nd semester of 2022.

that the collaboration with PT Dos Ni Roha will increase our business
growth in general trade continuously each year. With its experience of
59 years and the fact that PT Dosni Roha is supported by technology and
infrastructure system, we expect PT Martha Tilaar Group Tbk’s products
will be distributed widely and evenly and will be more reachable by the
end-user in the low level massively,” said Bryan Tilaar.

is going to be a strong synergy. DNR distribution service is supported
by integrated supply chain management system, inventory control, and
data sales so it could optimize the distribution process,” said Gary
Tanoesoedibjo. “We believe, with a good retail distribution channel that
spread all around Indonesia, which has more than 400.000 outlet
networks that we could reach, PT Dos Ni Roha will be able to distribute
and promote PT Martina Berto Tbk’s flagship products right on target.
