National Meeting or called Rakernas 2022 for three days (5-7/1) at
Mercure Hotel, Cikini, Central Jakarta. This national meeting was
attended by the representative of each division including Marketing,
Sales, Manufacturing, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance & Accounting,
Service (HRGA, audit, and legal), and operational team who came from all
around Indonesia such as Java, Sulawesi, Sumatera, Kalimantan, and
Denpasar.
The CEO of Martha Tilaar Group Kilala Tilaar said that
after two years of online interaction between each division and branch
office, the meeting became a perfect time and place for everyone in the
company to meet each other offline, to synchronize the vision and the
strategy to improve the performance in 2022. For our progress and
goals, Martha Tilaar Group especially PT Martina Berto Tbk needs a team
with high spirit, creativity, and proactive attitude, especially in
suffers moment like today. These past two years we are indeed facing a
decreasing issue, now slowly but sure our sales graphic is getting
better, we overcome the obstacles. Therefore, we need to feel optimistic
and work harder to reach the 2022 target, he added.
Kilala
expects in 2022 all the team could give their best contribution so the
company could reach optimum profit. The strategy will focus on the
effort to catch up with lead down, some of the ways are by focusing on
potential product SKU and rejuvenating product packaging so it is
relevant to time and market trend. There will also be some developments
and improvements in the internal company, such as PT Martina Berto Tbk
will continue to improve the collaboration with well-known Indonesia
distributors such PT Penta Valent, PT Tigaraksa Satria, and PT SAI
Indonesia. This collaboration is expected to widen the distribution of
the product in the Indonesian market and various market channels.
The
decision related to multi distributors pattern also stated by the
Director of PT Martina Berto Tbk Bryan Tilaar, as a potential strategy
that will lead to opportunities that bring good impact to the business.
Not only that, but Bryan also emphasized the importance of digital
channels utilization especially in this era, as part of our effort to
raise community awareness, especially the young generation, about the
existence of PT Martina Berto Tbk's cosmetic products such as Sariayu,
Biokos, Rudy Hadisuwarno Cosmetics, Mirabella Cosmetics, Belia, PAC,
etc.
DR.(H.C) Martha Tilaar also attended this meeting and gave
her motivational speech. She also joined the meeting to listen to the
