Dr. (H.C) Martha Tilaar always express her gratitude
every time she comes to her office in Pulogadung Industrial Estate,
East Jakarta, to celebrate Martha Tilaar Group’s anniversary for this
company that she established since 1970 is not only able to give hope
and life for her family, but also for her employees and surrounding. So
does this year, at her 82 years of gracious life she still feel excited
to celebrate Martha Tilaar day with everyone in Martha Tilaar Group
(4/09).
With her, Vice Chairwoman of Martha Tilaar Group Wulan
Tilaar also attended birthday celebration of Martha Tilaar Group. She
took part as one of the judges for various games which followed by every
Martha Tilaar Group’s unit business, that held to enliven the day.
“It’s always good to gather like this. Simple but warm and very
kinship,” she said.
Entering almost-half-century age, Wulan sees
Martha Tilaar Group has been growing in harmony with fashion and beauty
industry in Indonesia. For her, innovations that Martha Tilaar creates
in beauty products and spa services, and its consistency in creating
human resources has been giving significant contribution to Indonesia
beauty world.
“Beside beauty products, Martha Tilaar through
Puspita Martha International Beauty School also constantly encourage
people in chasing their dream to be professional makeup artist,
therapist, beauty estheticians and beautipreneur. We hope that MTG could
take more active role to beautify Indonesia in the future, in beauty
and fashion, and work in harmony with customers and collegues,” said
Wulan. She wishes that Martha Tilaar Group could compete with the
market, endure all challenges and move in sustainable way to succeed
Beautifying Indonesia mission and to advance Indonesia thorugh its
pillars: Beauty Culture, Beauty Green, Beauty Education, and Empowering
Women.
