Since 2010, Martha Tilaar Group has a sustain movement called Beautifying Indonesia. The idea of this movement came from four pillars of the company, Beauty Green, Beauty Education, Beauty Culture, and Empowering Women. Beautyfing Indonesia is Martha Tilaar’s way to show its concern to Indonesian beauty, not only the beauty of the women, but also the culture, society, environment, and its tourism.
“Beautifying Indonesia is a movement that give real contribution in order to beautify Indonesia in general scoop,” said Palupi Candra, Head of Corporate Communication of Martha Tilaar Group. According to her, Beautifying Indonesia could grow the proud feeling to the nation if it’s implemented by everybody, especially young generation.
Various Beautifying Indonesia implementations already run by Martha Tilaar Group through these years, from developing innovation and technology in beauty industry, bequeath knowledge through Dr.(H.C) Martha Tilaar’s books, supporting cultural events like theatre, to women empowerment through Martha Tilaar Training Center. This week, Martha Tilaar Group also support Ministry of Indonesia Tourism’s program, Wonderful Noon 2018, that held yesterday in Dinner Pirate, Sea Safari 9 Cruise Tanjung Benoa, Bali.
Wonderful Noon is a community gathering that cosists of blogger, vlogger, YouTuber, celebgram and social media activist held by Tourism Ministry with objective to promote ministry’s policy and developing program through social media. With “Sail the Nation” theme, this community expected to promote Pesona Indonesia or Wonderful Indonesia through digital platforms to the society.
“It’s an honor that Tourism Ministry involved us, Martha Tilaar Group, in their Co-branding program. We agree that Indonesian nature and culture could make the society, not only Indonesian but also the world, will fall in love to this country,” Palupi added. One of concrete manifestation of the Co-branding can be found on Sariayu Color Trend the Color of Asia that has been added with Wonderful Indonesia’s logo. “The ministy and us, especially Mr. Arief Yahya, agree this Co-branding is real contribution for Indonesia,” she said.
