Monday morning (20/02), 30 Management Trainee will start their #MTDP2017 training. Their visitation to Martha Tilaar Group office in Pulogadung, Jakarta, are warmly welcome by the big family of Martha Tilaar Group, from Dr. (H.C) Martha Tilaar, the Founder & Chairwoman of Martha Tilaar Group, to Board of Director and its managerial team.
A little throwback, Martha Tilaar Development Program was held by Martha Tilaar Group for the first time in 2014, then continue in 2015. Most of 2014-2015 MTDP has been occipying good positition in the company, and now, management already feels the needs of preparing the next generation of Martha Tilaar Group. To be chosen as Management Trainee in Martha Tilaar Group is not as easy as it looks, because all the applicants should pass through some selection phases, then all these 39 Management Trainee that has been chosen are considered as the best young people who believed bt Martha Tilaar Group to all together develope company and individual potency.

This management trainee who are
graduated from various universities of Indonesia such as University of
Indonesia, Padjajaran University, Diponegoro University, etc, will
follow training contract for two years. During the time, Martha Tilaar
Group hope they will become tough generation to enter professional world
and could maximize their potency.
