In order to look and invite young generation to join us and together in developing local product and resources, Martha Tilaar Group held Martha Tilaar Development Program (MTDP) 2017. The process of MTDP 2017 begun from Management Trainee search by Human Resources Department of Martha Tilaar Group through job fairs in some universities in Indonesia. The company received about 5000 application letters before it being sorted and continue to the first stage of selection which done by HRD team of Martha Tilaar Group.
After passing through the first stage of selection, including the psychology test, 140 names of MTDP 2017 participants from so many regions in Indonesia, from Jakarta, Bandung, West Sumatera, Surabaya, Makassar, to Borneo should run the next selection stage which held in Jakarta from January 23-26, 2017. Devided into two batch, this stage include a briefing session and interview session.
Under the guidance of HRD team of Martha Tilaar Group, briefing session for all Management Trainnee candidates held at Kampoeng Djamoe Organik Martha Tilaar (KaDO Martha Tilaar) in Cikarang. On this session, there are Palupi Candrarini as the Head of Corporate Communication of Martha Tilaar Group and Heru D. Wardhana as Head of CSR of Martha Tilaar Group. Meanwhile Palupi provides about company details from all unit bussiness under Martha Tilaar Group flag, to company’s vission, mission, and value to all candidates, Heru provides some insights about the importance of recognizing, presevation, and utilization of natural resources for Indonesia and the world. Not only from managerial team of Martha Tilaar Group, all the candidates also learnt baout grooming and working ethics from Event Specialist team of Martha Tilaar Group.
The most important session that need to be passed by the candidates of MTDP 2017 is interview session with the BOD and managerial team of Martha Tilaar Group, from Bryan Tilaar, Samuel Pranata, Kunto Widarto, Handiwidjaja, Pingkan Tilaar, and so on. In this process, all the interviewers will see and appraise the potency of these chosen young generation. Fot those who pass through this stage will through medical check up before they officially become a part of Management Trainee in Martha Tilaar Group.
