This November, the Federation of Indonesia Culture Creation (FOKBI) is again held Poco-Poco Nusantara Gymnastics Competition to win the First Lady of Republic Indonesia Trophy. This event that held at Gedung Teater Bhinneka Tunggal Ika is followed by participants from regional from outside of Jakarta, like Palembang and South Sumatra.
Poco-Poco Nusantara Gymnastics Competition is an embodiment of FOKBI’s seriousness in Indonesian sport preservation and development. FOKBI optimist that in the future Poco-Poco will incredibly going global, and FOKBI even states will hold international poco-poco festival in 2016. Not just because poco-poco has fun move, according to dr. Ria Maria Theresa, poco-poco gesture is already proved to help prevent and decrease dementia or senility and to reduce severity level of Alzheimer patients.
Not only held a competition FOKBI in collaboration with Markplus also held Poco-Poco Nusantara Healthy Seminar on November 26, 2015 in Philip Kotler Theater Class. This seminar brought some speakers, which are dr. Ria Maria Theresa and General Head of FOKBI, Sapta Nirwandar. This seminar attended by college students, trainer from Martha Tilaar Training Center and teachers from Puspita Martha school.
